Mangrove Charcoal is the best quality black charcoal among all naturally made charcoal. Mangrove charcoal burns for a long time, does not smoke and especially does not explode. Therefore, it is used by many people at home and abroad
Mangrove charcoal is produced mainly in the provinces of Ca Mau, Hau Giang, Kien Giang… and is exported to other countries for BBQ and heating purposes. The way to produce mangrove charcoal is based on the principle of carbonization, the heat from the furnace mouth spreads evenly to the top of the dome. In the next process, the heat spreads evenly and occupies a long distance at the bottom of the kiln, the firewood is burned for more than 1.5 months before the charcoal is born
How to produce mangrove charcoal
Mangrove charcoal is made from 100% mangrove wood and is fully carbonized. Mangrove is one of the most preferred natural woods for making charcoal. The cycle of completing a batch of charoal takes an average of 1.5 months. In which, the time to burn the furnace is 1 month, the door is closed for 15 days, and finally it is time to harvest charcoal and put in new firewood for the charcoal furnace. The tree trunks are cut in equal proportions and are cleverly placed in the oven. The quality of the whole batch of charcoal greatly affects this important preparation stage. During the charcoal burning process, the main furnace door is sealed, leaving only a small space for fire and 3 chimneys to escape.
Compared with other types of charcoal, mangrove charcoal is used more in barbecues for the following reasons:
– In the process of grilling with charcoal, mangroves do not release toxic gases and substances that pollute the air and affect health.
– Mangrove charcoal is a clean, smokeless charcoal grill, while grilling, it emits little smoke and has a fairly high heat. In addition, we do not have to lose time to change charoal because mangrove charcoal can be used for a long time and still ensures the heat for use.
– Not only bringing the benefit of saving time, mangrove charcoal is also odorless and smokeless when eaten, safe for both adults and children.
